An update for our clients during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.
We are happy to be up and running and welcoming our clients on our walks within Scottish Government Guidelines. We have equipment (spotting scope, binoculars) for you use that is cleaned and sanitised between uses.
We ask that our clients respect current social distancing, travel and self isolation rules and guidelines, in keeping with Scottish Government advice. Booking with Lucy and Wally/Arran Wild Walks
The pandemic has had a profound impact on our business, and like many others, we’ve adapted, evolved and refined the range of activities we offer, to ensure maximum safety for our clients and ourselves. For this reason, regular clients will notice some differences in our standard operating procedures.
· We will not be able to provide transport to the start or finish of walks and activities- you will need to make your own arrangements. This will affect the format of our wildlife watching trips in particular.
· We have now have a spotting scope available for exclusive client use that is cleaned between bookings. If you have your own binoculars, it is recommended that you bring them.
· If you or a member of your household is displaying the symptoms of COVID-19 we will kindly ask that you cancel or rebook at a later date as detailed above.
We very much appreciate your understanding during what is a difficult time for everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please do get in touch. We sincerely hope that you and your family stay safe and well and we hope to see you in the wilds of Arran if not in the near future, then in better days ahead.
